Rental Agreement & Policies
Understanding our rental process ensures a seamless experience for every family.
Agreement
By reserving gear, you agree to our standard rental terms. Rentals are available for a minimum of one week. Gear is delivered to your home or hotel and must be returned within 8 hours of your departure. Late returns will incur a daily fee of $15.
Damage Policy
We take great pride in our safety standards. Any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear is subject to replacement costs. Please report any issues immediately upon pickup to ensure proper documentation.
Cancellation
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Deposits are non-refundable if the gear is not returned on time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Please note that a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your gear. This deposit is applied toward the first week of your rental and is not refundable if the gear is returned late or if the rental is canceled after the first week.
